Arixcel Accounts is an add-in to Microsoft Excel. It is useful for monitoring personal or family money transactions in Excel. It helps to manage your money effectively. It helps you for your financial analysis.
Features: Arixcel Accounts manages your balances and transactions from several bank accounts and credit cards. This is a easy to use utility, anyone who is familiar with Microsoft Excel can effectively use the utility.
Using Arixcel, you can create your own Accounts Book. It contains five tabs such as Accounts, Budgets, BS (Balance Sheet), IS (Income Statement) and Adj (Adjustments). Each tab has a pre-formatted table. The Accounts tab is for adding bank accounts and credit cards details. When you add an account, a separate tab Account Data Sheet is available; there you add your opening balance and transactions. You can add transactions to the Account Data Sheet manually or load them from electronic bank statements. Income Statement tab contains a customizable table that shows your income and expenses in descriptive categories , such as `Salary`, `Food`, `Different cash expenses` etc. You can use the categories of the Income Statement to allocate transactions on the Account Data Sheets. The Income Statement is automatically calculated from the available data. Arixcel Accounts helps you to create budgets and monitor actual spending against budgets.
